A simple question on Cardio

Over at the main Les Mills International Forum someone asked a question about cardio.

Now that would be simple to answer.

Are there any cardio segments in a body pump class?

According to Susan Renata when she took a class I attended she stated that before track 2 began that this is a cardio track. Susan has a Bachelor of Physical Education and I trust what she said.

There also comes a time where you simply respect the source of information and that was Susan Renata and not question what she said.

Over and out!
